Due to the soaring prices of raw materials, from next season onwards, Birkenstock and their licensing partners – Tatami, Papillio, Footprints, Birkis and Alpro – will be raising their prices by about 10 % – depending on the model and the materials used. Birkenstock is trying to find a balance between covering their cost and providing their customers their usual high quality shoes, clogs and sandals at a fair price.
